Members of the nutrition programme under contract with KOVID-19 andrehabilitated.
A local teacher asked today if several women in the Atasquadero Unified School District had signed a contract with KOVID-19. AUSD commissioner Tom Butler answered the phone.
The butler confirmed that several cases of KOVID-19 had been observed in the district and that the known cases of cooking and close contacts had been safely quarantined, all of which were believed to have been recovered.
We had a positive test result for some of the staff and we had to quarantine some of them, Butler said, but we didn’t have 12 positive test results at lunch.
The large number of cases that went through the rumor mill is probably due to the large number of employees quarantined as a result of close contact with confirmed KOVID 19 cases.
We’ve really quarantined a lot of staff, Butler said. I am pleased to report that all employees who signed the contract have been reinstated.
Positive Butler drew his attention to the food that provides local families with thousands of dishes, without which some would have missed a meal.
We could all go all day with our dinners, Butler said. I am proud of our catering staff who are on the front line.

The AUSD power program will be completed at the end of the next school year, the fourth year. June, continue. It will then have to be decided whether the food supply should be continued in the summer or for another longer period.
We will continue to eat as we have this school year, Butler said, that’s two meals a day – breakfast and lunch. We’ll see what we can do to keep the population fed during the summer.
Butler noted that all staff in the nutrition programme are equipped with personal protective equipment and follow the necessary health and safety procedures to ensure that the nutrition programme continues to feed the students in the district safely while maintaining the health of the staff.
